Yesterday, Eric moved the hodgepodge of "stuff" out of the dining room, vacuumed and steam cleaned the carpet, moved the table back and moved all of the finished chairs in. He did such a fabulous job on the whole project. I'm so proud of him. He also did a lot of other cleaning around the house because over the past several weeks I have been having increasing trouble with my right hip. It is progressively getting worse, to the point where I'm experiencing rather excruciating pain when I walk. Oh, the joys of pregnancy. I see my doctor again this coming Monday, and I'll be sure to mention this to her, however I doubt there is much they can do other than pain medications, which I refuse to take. Eric is off this weekend so I'm sure that we will get more pictures in the weekend. Our dining room is just the first step of about a million that we will be working on over the next 3 or so months. Wish us luck in all that we need to get accomplished :)Saturday, August 7, 2010
Step 1: Complete

Your dining room looks lovely. Eric certainly does do a great job. Gigi is also having hip discomfort. We are almost there, however, and all of us are excited. Have you and Eric picked out a name yet? Or, will it be a surprise? Getting the house ready is always a chore. I'm getting ready to return to school, but I'll try to keep up. I enjoy the updates.
