An Update

Hey folks! I know that it has been a few weeks since my last post, but we have been trying to get into our new 'groove' with my new job. This past week was my first week, and it seems to have been a very smooth transition to me working a 'real' schedule (aside from the fact that I had to get up at 5:30 am a few mornings to get to Windy Hill and Kennestone Hospital by 8 am..... darn all that traffic!)
My new job is really awesome! I couldn't ask for anything better. I do all of the typical things you would expect in a doctors office, but the one thing that I get to do (that kinda actually shocked me when they told me) is adjusting Coumadin dosages based on patients INR. They actually have their nurses do this, not the doctor! But enough about me.... let's talk about Riley.

I've been thinking about this for a few weeks now and I was going to do a whole post on this subject, but time got away from me so I thought that I'd do a little piece in each post.
