Breaded and Fried White Fish Filets
4 White Fish Filets
½ cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
¼ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup crushed Vinta Crackers (the ones in the red box)
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
Vegetable Oil
Thaw the filets. Place ½ inch of oil in pan on medium-high heat. Combine bread crumbs, flour, crackers and salt in 1 pie plate. Combine egg and milk in another pie plate, beat well. Place fish in cracker mix first, then egg mix, then cracker again, coating well. Place in heated oil. Let fry until golden brown on each side. Viola!
Serves 4.
Oh and on another note, I just have to share this with you guys. Riley's new favorite song is Old McDonald. He sings it like this:
somen' (this means something), somen', somen', E-I-E-I-O
somen', somen', somen', E-I-E-I-O
Just too cute, he doesn't know all the words so he replaces it with "something"!

Thanks for the "receipt". It does look more flavorful than mine and I will definitely try it! I love the McDonald song. I wish I could hear it in person. Such a Gum-drop
Happy Valentine's Day to my Heart of Hearts,Ali and Riley. Know that you both are loved more than you will ever know!
