Memorial Day Break..... Day 3

Well, this is the last day of our break together. I have to go back to work tomorrow, while Eric has one more day off. These pictures don't have a lot to do with what we actually did today.... I forgot to bring the camera on our outing this afternoon (which was really not that eventful anyway). The day started off by me sleeping until about noon, which pretty much killed the morning. Eric was outside working in the yard. We then headed to Longhorn in Ellijay for lunch where we got the worst service EVER!! To make a long story short, the server got oversat and was more interested in the 9-top that was in her section than us. So we waited for our drinks...waited again for our appetizer...waited for our refills on our drinks...and waited for our entree. However to look on the bright side of things, we did get a free chocoloate cake with vanilla ice cream because it was Eric's birthday. But we will never go back there again. We will stick to the one in Canton where some of the servers know us!!

After Longhorn's we went to Wal-Mart to get some necessities (diapers, shampoo, some CD's... you know... the usual), then headed back home. However, we did get to make this trip in the s2000 (with the top down), which is always fun. Driving and listening to the Beatles in a convertable.... don't know of anything that is more fun! I know that a lot of you guys are thinking....(sarcastically)...."Wow, what a spontaneous,interesting and adventuresome life y'all lead. Wal-Mart is the highlight of your day...", but what makes it special is that we got to do it together. A lot of you don't realize that me and Eric don't have hardly any time to spend with each other, and when we get some time... just the little things like going to Wal-Mart are special.
The rest of these pictures are of Riley getting ready for bed. He absolutely LOVES to brush he teeth and take baths.
