We Do Have A New Computer...

I just can't figue out how to get my pictures from the camera to the computer. So I'm going to update without any pictures this time. Here is a re-cap of what has been going on in our house since my last post.

• Dylan turned 5 months old on April 30th.


• He sat up for the first time by himself on May 3rd.


• Early in May, a horrible stomach virus made its way through our household... Dylan was the only one who didn't get sick. He also spent his first night away from home during this time (I wanted to get him away from all of the germs). Normally, I wouldn't let such a young baby stay overnight away from me, but I thought that it was necessary this time.


• Riley graduated from Pre-K on May 24th. He got a scooter for his graduation present.


• Eric's 41st birthday was on May 26th.


• Dylan turned 6 months on May 30th


• Dylan's first tooth finally broke through the gum on June 4th.


• Dylan has been babbling up a storm over the past few weeks. His most frequently said word is dada. But mama is in his vocabulary too.


• Dylan is doing great with solid foods. He is now eating stage 2 foods and loving them.


• He still isn't sleeping though the night, and still needs about 2 feedings during the night.


• Nursing is still going exceptionally well, and we are well on our way to my goal of nursing for at least the first 12 months (hopefully longer).


• Riley spent the last week with my parents and went to Vacation Bible School in Rome. He had such a good time doing crafts, singing songs and learning more about God :)


• The boys and I have been visiting (frequently) First Baptist Church Canton. I really do like it and feel that this could be my new church home :)

Well, that was our last several weeks. Hopefully I'll figure out how to get the pictures from the camera to the computer. I want to share all of the adorable pictures that I've taken recently.
