Our Labor Day weekend has been very busy and quite productive.
As you may notice, I have removed the changing table out of Riley's room to make more space for his big boy bed that should arrive sometime in the next few days. I also had to clean out his closet so I could fit his toy baskets in there. It is still a work in progress.
Hooray for finally having a dining room table!!! Eric and his dad finally brought it upstairs on Sunday.
Eric is in the process of finishing the chairs too. We bought this table and chairs about 5 or 6 years ago (believe it or not) and it has been sitting in our basement since then. Eric stained and finished the table a long time ago, but it just stayed in the basement. I guess that he got tired of me asking him when he was going to finish the chairs, so we both made it a point to make that our major long weekend project. I was the offical sander and he stained them after I was done. We had quite the assembly line going. Only a few more steps and the chairs can join the GORGEOUS table in our dining room.
